TSTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP79, RN7SKP37, and RNU6-1141P. Each is linked with TSTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD1-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
