Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,505 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of apical/basal cell polarity, Sulfide oxidation, and Sulfide oxidation, using sulfide:quinone oxidoreductase. Each is linked with TSTD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD1-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD1 results are reported.
