TST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,892 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPST, CLINT1, and COL3A1. Each is linked with TST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TST-to-partner and partner-to-TST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TST versus MPST in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TST→partner) and Y-score (partner→TST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
