TST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,602 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TST-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPST, TNFAIP6, and SLC9A3R1. Each is linked with TST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TST-to-partner and partner-to-TST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TST versus MPST in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TST→partner) and Y-score (partner→TST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
