Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,878 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSSK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSMD2, SLC39A8, and SNORD65C. Each is linked with TSSK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK4-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSSK4 versus CSMD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
