TSSK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-225P, OR12D2, and ZSWIM5P1. Each is linked with TSSK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK4-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-225P grouped by TSSK4-low versus TSSK4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
