Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSSK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,689 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with TSSK4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK4-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK4 results are reported.
