The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TSSK1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSSK1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, READ, and PRAD are the cancer types where TSSK1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
