Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSSK1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,121 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSSK1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic centrosome separation, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with TSSK1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK1B-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK1B results are reported.
