Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSR3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSR3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TSR3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSR3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and UCEC are the cancer types where TSR3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
