Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPT2, HMOX2, and C16orf91. Each is linked with TSR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR3-to-partner and partner-to-TSR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSR3 versus JPT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
