TSR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,675 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRLF3, TOM1L1, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with TSR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR3-to-partner and partner-to-TSR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSR3 versus CRLF3 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
