Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIRBP-AS1, NDUFA7, and DUXAP3. Each is linked with TSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR2-to-partner and partner-to-TSR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIRBP-AS1 grouped by TSR2-low versus TSR2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
