TSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, REG1B, and OR10W1. Each is linked with TSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR1-to-partner and partner-to-TSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL2 grouped by TSR1-low versus TSR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
