TSPYL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPYL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPYL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, IMPA2, and ARL3. Each is linked with TSPYL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPYL4-to-partner and partner-to-TSPYL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPYL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPYL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
