TSPY4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY10, TSPY3, and TSPY2. Each is linked with TSPY4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY4-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPY4 versus TSPY10 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
