Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPY4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSPY4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TSPY4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPY4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where TSPY4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
