Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRZ1, PIP5K1B, and PCDHB2. Each is linked with TSPY4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY4-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRZ1 grouped by TSPY4-low versus TSPY4-high in PANCREAS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
