Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,021 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, and Regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with TSPY2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY2 results are reported.
