Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSPY2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSPY2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher TSPY2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSPY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and TGCT show a favorable association.
KICH, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where TSPY2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
