TSPY2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY1, TSPY4, and TSPY3. Each is linked with TSPY2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPY2 versus TSPY1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
