Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B2, GIGYF2, and LRRC59. Each is linked with TSPY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPY2-to-partner and partner-to-TSPY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2 grouped by TSPY2-low versus TSPY2-high in OVARY.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
