TSPOAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPOAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,608 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPOAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, APBB1, and EEF1G. Each is linked with TSPOAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPOAP1 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
