TSPOAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPOAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPOAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and ACC1. Each is linked with TSPOAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TSPOAP1-low versus TSPOAP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
