TSPOAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPOAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 881 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPOAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD54, SGSM3, and RNASEH2A. Each is linked with TSPOAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD54 grouped by TSPOAP1-low versus TSPOAP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
