TSPEAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPEAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPEAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, IFI27L1, and SLC27A4. Each is linked with TSPEAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPEAR-to-partner and partner-to-TSPEAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INCENP grouped by TSPEAR-low versus TSPEAR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPEAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPEAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
