TSPAN9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,032 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, CALD1, and CALD1_S493. Each is linked with TSPAN9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN9-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN9 versus PPFIBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
