TSPAN8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, MS4A8, and TESC. Each is linked with TSPAN8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN8-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN8 versus KPNA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
