The most reproducible TSPAN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP247, MTND4LP9, and SLC35G4. Each is linked with TSPAN8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN8-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN8 results are reported.
