Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN8-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with TSPAN8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN8-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met grouped by TSPAN8-low versus TSPAN8-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
