TSPAN6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPH2, PLEKHO2_T364, and MICAL1. Each is linked with TSPAN6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN6-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN6 versus HNRNPH2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
