Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Astrocytes, Melanocytes, and Memory B-cells. Each is linked with TSPAN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN6-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN6 results are reported.
