Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,501 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, PARVA, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with TSPAN31 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN31-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN31 versus SUPT16H in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
