Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,097 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to ciliary membrane, Intraciliary transport, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with TSPAN19 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN19-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN19 results are reported.
