TSPAN19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN19-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, MSH6, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with TSPAN19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN19-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by TSPAN19-low versus TSPAN19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
