Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,115 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of late endosome to lysosome transport, and Regulation of vacuolar transport. Each is linked with TSPAN19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN19-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN19 results are reported.
