Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN19 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN19-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPXN, ACRBP, and TOB1. Each is linked with TSPAN19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN19-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN19 results are reported.
