TSPAN17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,443 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIAPH1, GNG7, and NOP16. Each is linked with TSPAN17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN17-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN17 versus DIAPH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
