TSPAN12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,340 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM1, MAP4K2, and RNA5SP175. Each is linked with TSPAN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN12-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM1 grouped by TSPAN12-low versus TSPAN12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
