TSPAN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,770 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS1, BCAS1, and BCAS1_S399. Each is linked with TSPAN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN1 versus PLS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
