TSPAN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC44A4, FAM83E, and AGR2. Each is linked with TSPAN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN1 versus SLC44A4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
