TSPAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 386 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-74-1, NTF6B, and LSM12. Each is linked with TSPAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-74-1 grouped by TSPAN1-low versus TSPAN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
