Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3 and CD300H. Each is linked with TSPAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN1 results are reported.
