Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSNAX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TSNAX data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TSNAX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSNAX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TSNAX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
