TSNAX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,582 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNAX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRUNE1, RCOR3, and SDE2. Each is linked with TSNAX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAX-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSNAX versus PRUNE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSNAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSNAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
