Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNAX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,859 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSNAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABL2A, LILRB3, and RRP15. Each is linked with TSNAX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNAX-to-partner and partner-to-TSNAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSNAX versus RABL2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSNAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSNAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
