TSLP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSLP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,096 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSLP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB5, CYGB, and RBM47. Each is linked with TSLP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TSLP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSLP versus SERPINB5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
