Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSLP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSLP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, GAPDH, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TSLP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TSLP results are reported.
