TSLP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSLP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,296 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSLP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD16, TSPAN5, and APOL6. Each is linked with TSLP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TSLP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSLP versus CARD16 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
