Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSLP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSLP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mast cell activation, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with TSLP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TSLP results are reported.
